For maximum benefits, you’ll want to enter your Shining Light Empowerment session with as clear a mind as possible. If you have a meditation or yoga practice, by all means, practice! If not, that's ok too. Eat as healthy as possible and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate at least a day or 2 before your session. You'll also want to completely avoid any mind altering substances including medications where possible. The goal is to begin raising your awareness as much as possible. The day of your session, cut back on the amount of coffee you drink in the morning as caffeine can also lessen your ability to deeply relax during your session.
Preparing for your session is simple and intentional. To give us a clear starting point, take some time beforehand to reflect on no more than 1 or 2 areas of your life you'd like support in. Whether it's something you're working through, feeling stuck in, or just want more clarity around. These will become our opening talking points used to guide us through the beginning of your session. There's no need to make a list -just having a topic (or 2) in mind is more than enough.
