No, guests are not permitted in the session nor is there a dedicated area for your guest to wait. Your session is completely private and confidential and it is imperative that no guests accompany you for this process however, your session is recorded and provided to you afterward so you are welcome to share it with whomever you'd like. 

Shining Light Empowerment (SLE) sessions will be offered remotely however this option is currently under construction and coming soon. For now, sessions are facilitated in person only, so you can receive the most supported, distraction-free experience.

These sessions were designed with your time in mind so, a standard session lasts 60 - 90 minutes.

To honor our time together and ensure we're able to work through everything, it is requested that you bring only one topic for discussion. In your session, you'll learn tools to help with future challenges which you can either continue to use on your own or, we can build off of them in future sessions.

There’s no fixed number of sessions required or needed. You’ll know when it’s time should you feel called to book another session. These sessions were designed to stand alone and build upon one another. With each visit, we can go deeper, uncover more, or expand into new areas of growth. Some may choose to schedule a series of sessions for sustained transformation and support along their journey. My goal is to give you tools and insight you can use between sessions, so you always feel empowered in your own healing. And when you're ready for more, I’m here to meet you at the next level.

Nothing! Just remember to dress comfortably. This helps to support your deep state of relaxation and allows you to access and remain in this state more easily.

The age limit for an Empowerment session is 18 and up.

Tardiness/No-show:

Because a time commitment is made and held exclusively for you, it is imperative that you communicate to your practitioner if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late,  the session will be deemed as a no show,  cancelled and a cancellation fee will be assessed. Should you decide you'd still like to have a  session, you will need to revisit the Book Now page to book a new session.

Rescheduling Policy:  

Should you need to reschedule your session, please reach out as soon as possible so that we can secure a new date and time that works better for you and allow adequate time to back fill your previous session date. Sessions cannot be rescheduled more than once. Sessions cannot be rescheduled to avoid the cancellation fee. If a rescheduled session is cancelled at any time the cancellation fee will be assessed.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your session, please do so at least one week prior to your session date for a full refund. (This excludes rescheduling. See Rescheduling Policy for more details.) If you choose to cancel your session and your session is less than 7 days away, a cancellation fee will be assessed. Additionally, the Consent Form must be submitted prior to your session day. Failure to submit the requested documents prior to your session day will result in session cancellation and a cancellation fee will be assessed. 

The standard cancellation fee is $77.
